Easy Steps to a Successful Fundraiser
Active Order Taking Program
- Your organization chooses which freshly roasted coffees to sell from our selection of over 24 single origin, blends, flavored, and decaffeinated coffees. We suggest selling the coffee at the same price ($9.99-$13.99 per pound) as it is in our store; however your organization may raise the selling price to increase profits. Your organization will receive a 30% profit on coffee for 25-75 pounds of coffee sold; 40% if over 75 pounds are sold. Tins of Harney tea sachets ($8.00), canisters of Bellagio chai ($8.00), and 8 oz. bags of hot cocoa ($6.00) are also available for your fundraiser at a 15% profit margin.

- Your organization works with our graphic designer to design coffee labels for your fundraiser. Certain components on the label are required but most information can be customized to meet your needs. Coffee label set up is free using our standard designs and/or with your organization's logo/artwork in an electronic format. A setup charge may apply in certain circumstances if non-standard, custom layouts and excessive time commitments are required.
- Your organization decides on beginning and ending active order taking dates. The suggested order period is 2-3 weeks.
- Market Street Coffee & Tea prepares a custom information flyer and order form. Your organization copies and distributes the flyer/order form to your group.
- Orders with prepayments are taken utilizing the flyers/order forms during the time period designated.
- Your group collects all orders and prepayments, tallies the orders, and submits one bulk, itemized order to Market Street Coffee & Tea using summary sheets provided.
- Your orders will be available for pick up/shipping no later than four weeks after Market Street Coffee & Tea receives your order summary sheet, or as specified.
- When your order is ready, your organization picks up the coffee, tea, chai, and hot cocoa, fills the individual orders, and distributes to members. An itemized invoice will be given at the time of order pick up, to be paid within two (2) weeks of pick up date.
- Your supporters enjoy great coffee, tea, chai, and hot cocoa! Your organization enjoys great profits!
Active Resale Program
- Your organization orders and purchases one pound bags of freshly roasted coffee in advance. Our coffee prices are $9.99 to $13.99 per pound. Your organization will receive a 30% profit on coffee for 25-75 pounds of coffee sold; 40% if over 75 pounds are sold. Tins of Harney tea sachets ($8.00), canisters of Bellagio chai ($8.00), and bags of hot cocoa ($6.00) are also available at a 15% profit margin.
